Chris and Eve Kaplan-Walbrecht have been operating Garden of Eve Organic Farm since 2001. They started selling their homegrown produce, eggs, cut flowers, and plants at their farmstand in 2004, and in 2010 they expanded the farmstand into a full-service Garden Center, located right next to their existing produce and grocery barn and sharing the same parking lot. We're open every day 10am-7pm, from April 1 through Thanksgiving, The Farm Market is open daily 10am-6pm.

Now you can come to Garden of Eve for all your organic needs, whether putting food on your table, putting plants in your garden, or just wanting to spend a fun day outdoors with your kids and our friendly farm animals!

Chris Kaplan-Walbrecht grew up on a dairy farm in upstate New York. He spent ten years in the world of clean water advocacy, working with citizens campaign for the environment.

Eve Kaplan-Walbrecht gets her hands dirty whenever possible. She is also a certified town planner and is active in local civic affairs, working to preserve farmland and open space.
